"My family and I loved our time at Ron's cottage! There was so much for all of us to do; we had a great time kayaking, playing badminton and having s'mores by the fire at night. We also really enjoyed fishing in the canoe as well as playing pool and air hockey in the games room! Inside the house is very nice and had the cottage vibe we were looking for and the newly renovated dock was perfect for the surprise I had planned, which was a proposal to my now fiancé! "We had a wonderful few days at Hills Haven for our honeymoon! We enjoyed lazing about, playing games, having a nice camp fire and taking the canoe out on the river. The hosts were amazing to deal with and the accommodations were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and cooking was a joy! "

"We loved our stay at the cottage! The lake was so peaceful, clear warm water. It was exactly what we were looking for and more! Rustic cottage, water toys, hanging on the dock or the beach, bonfires, fishing, exploring, sunrise paddles. The dogs were the happiest being off leash and exploring, swimming, dock diving. 10/10 recommend 👌 "

"We had a lovely time but it didn’t feel like a cottage setting. Neighbours were very close to us. The river was interesting as we watched pontoons go up and down. The firepit was nice and big. Kitchen was good but a microwave would have been welcome to warm up leftovers. If you are looking for a quiet cottage setting, this may not be the place for you. "
