"We enjoyed a short family vacation on lake Haliburton. The cottage was clean with well stocked kitchen for 4 people. We enjoyed time on the large dock with beautiful views of the lake. The property is being updated. Brett welcomed us on arrival and check in instructions were communicated by cell phone. and other cottages are being updated."

"We had a beautiful white Christmas at this cottage! We got to play a lot with the snow in the backyard, skate on the frozen lake and then stay cozy inside! Kitchen was well equipped! It’s good to keep in mind that the gazebo is not usable during winter (even though there’s a fireplace inside) and the fireplace inside the house was for decoration only. The one you can use is at the “man cave”, but firewood isn’t provided. Overall the experience was great and we would come back!"

"Perfect cozy cottage for a group of 4 or 5. We swam off the dock, went fishing and kayaking during the day, and had a nice campfire in the evenings. Located on a beautiful lake!! Highly recommend!"

"I was looking for a dog friendly winter vacation spot to hang out in the snow with my 1.5 year old lab/husky. He was too little last year to really enjoy the winter so this year I decided to spoil him for all his hard working in the last year training. It was daily zoomies for him and tons of fresh air and good old nature. The property was clean and user friendly. I was t able to use the hot tub, but that’s because my dog thinks I’m drowning when I go into a pool or tub so without causing him...

"Nice lake but weedy. This cottage dose not have a beach like it says. The beach it out front of the owners cottage only. There is no clearing for this cottage only a dock. All of the pictures of the cottage are accurate. It is well equipped in the kitchen but you need to bring beding, towels, paper towel, toilet paper, cling wrap, tin foil, baggies, garbage bags etc. The cottage is only as clean as the people before you leave it.
