"There was a bloodstain on our bedsheets which we communicated to reception as soon as we saw it on the morning after our first sleep at around 8:30. Reception’s initial response was that we are very busy today so we will send someone before the end of the day. No sorry, no understanding of how unacceptable this is from hygiene point of view to reflect an urgent response.
