"It was a nice stay. There are some great features to this place. It's beautiful, has great updated amenities, and it's perfect for a relaxing trip. However, the website was hard for me to use and it was difficult to get anyone on the phone who speaks English. This made booking a room difficult, as well a working out some details of my stay. "The place was as described. The indoor onsen was small. Didn't go for the outdoor onsen as the timing pretty early from 5.30am-8.15am and have to complete my breakfast by 8.15am. Overall the stay was comfortable."

"あつみ温泉のいちばん入口にあるお宿です。 元々の建物はおそらく少し年季が入っていたと思いますが、全体的にきれいに、高級感を持ち合わせた感じにリニューアルされていて良かったです。 到着時の、ラウンジに座りながらのチェックインやウェルカムドリンクなど、台湾スタッフの方がとても上手な日本語で、優しく応対してくださって、印象抜群でした。 大浴場はあつみ温泉のお湯がたっぷり楽しめます。露天風呂ではなく半露天風呂ですが、庭園が見えてきれいでした。 食事はなかなか豪華でした。いちばんは、お宿おすすめの鯛のカマ。初めて食べましたが、これが大変美味しかったです。ぜひ泊まられる方はこちらで夕食も召し上がった方がいいと思います。 ウィークポイントとしては、部屋の扉や水回りは恐らくリフォームしていないので、次回はぜひそのあたりの更新をされた方が良いかもしれません。 旅行パンフが置かれていたところですが、山形県内のもう少しいろいろな場所のパンフレットが豊富にあると良かったでしょうか。 総じて、温海温泉のお湯を楽しめて良かったです。"
