This hotel is unique in that it's located just minutes from the town but essentially on the edge of rice fields, in the countryside. Beautiful views, quiet is combined with sophistication of the city center hotel.

This place was amazing. In general in Japan you'll have A1 service. This place has A1 service, on top of that, one of the prettiest scenery. The breakfast on the terrace is beautiful. The architecture of the building, the vibe and all the wood make it so peaceful. It was worth every dollar and would recommend to everyone. The food and library want to make you stay there for the whole day. Thank you for the stay! :)

施設案内図がわかりづらかったです。今回は田んぼとか雪の景観はシーズンではない為期待していなかったのですが、自分の利用した部屋は中庭しか見えなかったのが、残念でした。まぁ値段を考えれば仕方がないのかもしれません

年に数回利用しております。今回は11か月ぶり。売りの温泉、男湯と女湯を入れ替えたのは、しっかりと案内すべきだと思います。あやうく間違えるところでした。 そもそも、以前も宿泊されてますか？とチェックインの際に聞かれ、はいと返答しているのですから、変更点は案内すべきです！研修バッチを付けた方でしたが、そんなの関係ありません。 デザイン重視のホテルであることは理解しておりますが、男湯 女湯を入れ替えは、安全に温泉を楽しめるか否かの重要なポイント。表示ももっと見やすいものにすべき。 以前は、貴重品入れの鍵、男湯=青、女湯=赤でした。鍵の入れ替えていないため、男湯=赤、女湯=青になっており、これも混乱を招きます。 さらに、表示の問題になりますが、入口の暖簾が白地に、男湯、女湯が細い文字で書かれており、夜は見えづらいし、多くの人が使用した後ですと、皺で読めません。暖簾は白地ではなく、赤、青と識別しやすいようにすべきです。 その他も気づく点が多々ありましたが、割愛します。 個々のデザインは良いのですが、もう少し利用者の立場に立って考えて頂きたいです。

・部屋からの景色は確かに良かったが、夜に室内灯をつけていたら外からは丸見えである。交通量のほぼない道路が1本あるだけなのはせめてもの救い。(厚手のカーテンはあるが閉めたら本末転倒) ・スパは広さも設備もかなり残念。 ・部屋でゆっくりする分には向いていると思われる

2度目の宿泊です。Library、ジム、sakebar等、大人向けのコンセプトホテルだと思います。おしゃれで非日常感もあり、チェックインからチェックアウトまで長い時間を過ごしたいホテルです。 朝ごはんもとても美味しかったです。 ただ、今回非常に残念だと思ったのは、他の宿泊客の足音や声があちこちで気になったこと。 お子さま連れのお客様が多かったからでしょうか。建物の作り的にも音が響きやすいのかな、とも思います。 正直、自分だったら子連れでは泊まりたくないホテルだなと思います。騒がない！走らない！とずっと子どもに言い聞かせ気を遣う事になりそうです。 絵本くらいしか子供が楽しめるものもないですし… いっそのこと、年齢制限設けてくれたらいいのになと思います。
