"Absolutely beautiful place. A classic Japanese style ryokan with modern amenities such as western beds, private toilet and electric heaters. (As well as the ultra-cosy kotatsu!) Impeccable service and friendly welcome from host and staff. Communication is fine with a few Japanese words and Google Translate to hand.
