"There are no staff other than cleaning staff. The entire place is electronic. It’s actually really easy. The biggest thing is there aren’t many restaurants close by for breakfast. Dinner choices are a bit better but still a little bit of a walk. Be prepared to walk or take cabs if you stay here. The room was nice enough. The bed felt hard when I sat down, but once I laid down it wasn’t. All in all a nice experience for a place to crash and it wasn’t too far from my office. M"

"Beautiful lobby. Good location. Love the complimentary wine in the evening and pastries in the morning. Everything was clean and nicely appointed. The snug room is small. Unfortunately, it was quite warm and there is no AC so we left our window open. As our room location was on the ground floor near the parking lot there was a lot of noise. "

No elevator - not the best option for anyone who would struggle to carry their luggage up many flights of stairs. Rooms are small but comfortable. Bathrooms are quite small. "The staff there was absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and courteous. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast offered was pretty good as well. I got the traditional breakfast, and my wife got the buffet when we ate there on a few occasions. I will say if you're going to have a lot of luggage pray you aren't on the 4th floor because there is no lift (older building which we knew). "

"My stay was very good. The accommodation exceeded my exceptions and good value. However the poor communication to me from Hotels.com regarding the checkin procedure & security deposit left me out in the rain before getting into my room. Had it not been for the staff at the hotel guiding me it would have taken longer. The Hotel and staff were great. Hotels.com not so much."
