"We had a great stay at this property. AC worked well. There is a lift. The area is fantastic for just about everything because it's on Grafton Street, a pretty swanky part of Dublin, with lots of bars, restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and other shopping. It's only about an 8 or 9 minute walk to the Temple Bar Pub. The other great thing about this property is the in-suite washer/dryer. "Fantastic location, office staff great. Good kitchen set up with everything we needed. Not the comfiest of beds, the bathroom definitely needed an overhaul - broken tiles and the shower screen leaked which turned the floor into puddles. Would however stay again on a short trip due to location and service. the issues were only minor "

"Check in not great.Staff stated a later check in time than advertised and did not give key to check in when ready had to return to office to collect not very helpful.Have to check in at office approx 20min drive from apartment.Booked as advertised parking available but no parking available.Parking can be booked near the office but too much of a walk.Taxi Rank outside apartment and loading bay . Booked with request for bath for disabled chid but no plug.This was rectified quite quickly .Needs...

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. Communication with the host was great. We were able to store our bags early, which was very helpful as we had an a.m. flight. Property is modern with good amenities. It’s a short walk to most of the major tourist areas. It was nice to be in a quiet area at the end of a busy day. "

"First & foremost - great lil spot for 2 people. My niece and I had a girls trip. Perfect location! Easy to find, easy to get to other touristy spots. It was clean, everything worked, all good. Our only issue, and we experienced it every day, was the noise level of the other tenants. Heavy walking alllll night, front doors slamming in the middle of the night and loud conversations taking place in the halls. "I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Front desk were very warm and welcoming. I had an issue with my water not heating up quickly and they quickly sent someone to fix it. It got better but I think it still needs to be looked at again. But I will definitely return to this hotel "
