"Beautiful peaceful old style hotel with a modern twist. Staff are efficient and extremely helpful. Have to mention receptionist Kate. What a beautiful young woman. she was pleasant, kind, nothing was too much fir her. She will make an excellent manager one day. All the staff were lovely. Also duty Manager Cormac who sorted out a few little issues we had without fuss. This was my second time staying at Killashee and return again"

"Why I cannot be certain, I'm pretty sure the family in the almost empty bar on the night we stayed, blaring their videos and music on a collection of mobile phones, and then ordering pizzas and eating them in the bar, were "guests of the nation". Same with a couple of the families taking everything at the buffet next morning causing us to wait for fresh food. The so called award winning restaurant, there are certificates in the lobby, most recent 6 years ago, saying they had won an award. What...
