May not be suitable for families or female travellers due to the activities happening downstairs (casino and the corner shop, can get a bit rowdy at times). Only complaint within accommodation is the water pressure in the bathroom. Overall will recommend this accommodation!"

There was an issue with the power company (small underground electrical issue) that caused a power outage. The staff was super communicative and gave us lots of options. "Fantastic apartment which suited our party of 8 visit to Dublin to celebrate a 60th birthday! Only small criticism would be that there weren’t enough utensils/glassware and plates/mugs for a party of 8, so we ended up having to use glasses as mugs for our morning cuppa !! "

"Our stay here was pleasant. The room was clean and staff was extremely polite and helpful. It’s approximately a 30 minute walk to the Trinity College area. Taxi and bus service is readily available here. We got a kick out of being back in a dorm room. Although none of us recalled our dorm rooms being this nice."

"Was a bit confusing getting to the location at first but we found our way. The size was perfect for our stay. Didn’t need anything big. The floor boards between the rooms was noisy so it was hard getting to the restroom quietly and not waking anyone. It was quiet, except when students came but that was when we were about to leave for the day. Shower was spacious and clean and hot. We really appreciated the tea and breakfast option. "

"Great stay in Dublin. 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Centrally located not far from Temple University. Had a great visit. Some noise at night, just use ear plugs. Two cute balconies and full kitchen/living room. Great hotel alternative when you are traveling with teenagers! Loved having the extra space to relax between site-seeing. So happy they had blow dryers! Easy to find and the owner gave very detailed instructions. Highly recommend."

"Location was great and owner let us leave bags before check in which was great. Slept 6 which was accurate but had difficulty finding and getting in because of slow response from owner. Luckily someone else let us in the building and cleaner was in the unit. Closets were full of stuff so couldn’t hang clothes. Some lights didn’t work and phone was hanging from wall. Needs some fixing up with paint, light bulbs, towel heater repair and would be better for the price."

"Property is in a country like setting . It is a 20 minute drive to restaurants and stores to get a bite to eat. There is no one available on the property to let you into your rooms. Spent 90 minutes trying to reach someone by phone and email. We are 60 years old and not computer smart. "

"Outstanding overall! John was responsive prior to arriving. Check in was easy with a very nice welcome basket. Property was in very clean and in excellent condition. The pictures are representative of the layout, but the property has more space than it appears. Deck is large. Very comfortable for four adults. Location is good for walking or catching busses into all downtown and tourist areas. Local shopping for groceries and supplies is good. Restaurant in building is excellent."

The apartment was exactly as we expected - cozy, clean, and well-equipped with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. There is this fantastic little pub about a block away with the friendliest owner and wait staff if you enjoy watching a game over a pint of Guinness.
