"The place was a little hard to find, though not that far from Maastricht where we were attending the antique fair. The major problem was that this is in the winter and the heating was out of order. Two portable heaters were installed in the suite but one turned the electricity down when you wanted to use it. The lady we spoke to on the phone said she would come and fix it but never did. "This was the 4th time that I have stayed at the hotel and it is just as fantastic on each occasion. The staff are lovely, the rooms are great and the restaurant food is superb. I have to give a special mention to Agatha who is such a lovely and friendly lady. Always has a smile on her face and made me feel very welcome. Enjoy your retirement Agatha!!"
