"We recently stayed at Hotel H and were underwhelmed by the experience. The hotel's location in an industrial area means there's nothing within walking distance and it got really noisy in the morning. Unfortunately, the staff didn't do much to make us feel welcome. Interactions were brief and lacked warmth, with barely a hello or acknowledgement. Housekeeping was also a letdown. "We loved our stay at Ruby. We had an upgrade on our room which was really nice. Bar staff were really nice and enjoyed a cocktail made by barman especially for me and I give him 6* not only 5. Bar generally has a relaxing atmosphere. If you check in online you will save yourself a lot of time trying to check in at the desk. "
