"My husband and I had a great stay here in Memphis. The cottage is very well located and easy to walk to most everywhere. Rhonda was a great host and the place was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed meeting you and your dogs!! "

The property has a spacious living area—a comfy sitting spot for Netflix and chill. A bar table to enjoy a tasty meal, have a coffee or hang around.

"Tim the property manager was great! The rental was cold, uncomfortable & had a leak in the kitchen pantry! Black mold on the ceiling where it was leaking & a bowl full of nasty water from the leak was right next to the plates & Bowles! Cable tv most stations not subscribed to, water heater way to small & had 5 minutes of hot water to shower. The property owners should be ashamed to rent this to anybody!!!"

"The whole building smells, and is run down. parking is expensive, we payed $30 to park for one day, on the 4th level and the elevator didn't even work."

"This place was a little slice of heaven. Area and the neighbors were very quiet almost to the point I thought I was there by myself. So glad I found this place and if I ever visit Memphis again I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended "
