"Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern apartment with two balconies with a view of the mountains. Grocery store and Jumbo two streets down. Bus stop very close with buses taking you to Old Town and Amadoura beach. You can walk to Koules Fort and the Old Town by walking along the ocean too! I highly recommend this apart-hotel for a short or long stay for its great location, excellent staff and very comfortable furniture."

"Hard to find but once there it is awesome! Great seperate parking right beside the building. Super clean and modern. Self checkin is great. The only downside would be the lack of restaurants in the immediate area. If you are not afraid of walking then you will be ok."

"Excellent property close to city center. Well appointed suite with all amenities. The big balcony with the heated tub made it fantastic. Suite itself is spacious, super clean and well appointed and everything was punctual and like clockwork. "

"I stayed in unit separate than the hotel but in city center. It can be quite noisy special in the night with restaurants open till midnight. Shower fittings were loose but manageable. One thing to be careful about No Lift and it is 3rd Floor. So if you have quite heavy luggage then you have to take bellboy help or drag it up yourself. Bathroom exhaust was not working."

"It was a fantastic stay! Pros:- - The property is new and stylish. - Staffs are friendly and helpful, particularly Olga. Thanks to her and other staffs. - I had a rental car and the property offers free parking. - The mini market is only 2 mins walk from the hotel. - The Jacuzzi was another enjoyable feature! Cons:- None. *** So glad to have met the architect of the property, M. Manos Kalogerakis! Will definitely stay again!"

"We arrived after a late flight into Heraklion, the welcome was warm with the offer of a cold welcome beer. The room was more than we expected woth plenty of space and good amenities. Morning arrived and we had a fabulous breakfast out on the deck admiring the view over the valley. We only spent a night here bit wish we could have had 1 more. Highly reccomended"

"We loved Lemon Garden! We stayed in the lemon house, it was bigger than we expected and full of amenities. It had so much charm! The outdoor space under the lemon tree was such a lovely place to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The host, Manos, was very quick to reply to our messages, and was absolutely delightful. We would definitely recommend it."

"Rooms and outdoor area had a nice design. Room was noisy; we could hear anyone who entered or left the building. Toilet had a strange smell. Pool area was nice. "

"The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating to a fairly large family group. The pool was a wonderful addition."

"After I checked in, the manager/owner was nowhere to be found, although, he posted his phone number on the glass of his office for emergency. There was no one around to reset the wi-fi after so many blackouts. I was unable to use the internet during my 7 days of stay. Housekeeping was so bad that no one to change the towels or bed sheets. "

The apartment was bright and comfortable and the office was very responsive to our needs, even ordering a taxi for our return to the airport. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the street life on the pedestrian only street below."
