"Overall, it was a good experience. On an extended stay, it’s very nice to have an Aparthotel instead of the traditional room. Being able to cook meals, have a great view of the city, and ability to wash one’s clothes. The staff were really really kind and professional. I also liked that they used WhatsApp to communicate without using data. The Downside: the washer/dryer combo wasn’t functional, but there’s a drying line and with dry environment the clothes take a couple of hours to dry at least. Also, the bedroom overhead light was not working, so that was very annoying. They tell you a room phone number but there is no phone. Lastly, the instructions for every appliance should be in every room. "

"An absolute gem of a hotel! Really loved the ferry service and was pleasantly surprised about the option. Breakfast had a great assortment and staff were kind and very helpful. I personally liked that this hotel was located away from touristy areas of london, it just felt really quaint and slow paced. "

"We have just came home from our stay and we have really enjoyed it! We had a suite and the view was absolutely fantastic! We could not stop looking outside at the bridge and the surrounding buildings. The staff were fantastic and helpful. We are already planning to come back again! Thank you "

"This was a really great place to stay. Starting with the first need: the Tube, train, metro (whatever you want to call it) is literally up the stairs, turn left and go inside. Fabulous! Conveniently connected us within 30 minutes anywhere we wanted to go. Other needs met: comfortable bed and great views. Of course no bad marks for bed set up because we saw the configuration before purchasing stay. Ours was a king bed so we just put pillows by window and feet at the bottom. No climbing over each other in the middle of the night. So I have found that the European hotels (Greece, Italy and UK) do not prioritize bathroom privacy. I am not a fan of glass showers with the toilet for the most part ‘in’ the shower enclosure. Not a fan and somehow I missed this detail. HOWEVER, with all the convenience and convenience and convenience of the location of hotel it was worth it. "
