"We loved our stay in St Ives and the property and its location are great. Jemma was a great host and arranged flowers etc to be at the property before we arrived. My gf loved them. The only issues we encountered were the lack of taxis on a rainy day, book well in advance (no Uber), Just Eat is the only food delivery app that has any availability (only 4 restaurants) and the phone signal and data coverage is very patchy. City slickers will take some time to adjust but after a while its great that...

Whilst the 2nd floor location is hard on the knees after a day walking, the fact you don't need to close any blinds mean you get the stars and the sun rise whilst lying in bed! Coverack Paris Hotel/pub is just 10 mins away, uphill on the way back to burn off dinner or a couple of beers. Beware the f&c shop is not reliable which in turn puts pressure on the Pub for evening dinner so you...

"Checking in all OK, although immediately met with many, many cobwebs around the covered framework and doors/windows of the covered lobby. Did not give much encouragement as to what we would find inside! Seating, both lounge and dining, insufficient for the 8/9 guests it was booked for. We could not all sit on the sofas in the evening - the sofas AT A PUSH, would only sit 3 each, if including 1 child on each sofa. We had 4 adults and 4 children - definitely not suitable.
