"A lovely little cabin by a lake at the back of the owner's house (great distance between. Felt secluded and peaceful. Was great waking up and feeding the chickens, guinea fowl, geese and ducks with a cup of tea looking at the lake. A great spot to unplug and relax. Fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, central heating, cooker, kettle etc. a few more utensils would be handy. Highly recommend a stay here and the owners, Amanda and Barry are friendly, helpful and good folk."

"Wonderful stay at Poppy Cottage. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The location is wonderful - very peaceful and lots of things to do. There are lots of walks, bike rentals and Louth has lots of great shops and restaurants. Communication with Emily was perfect. We will definitely visit again."

"We had a lovely time in Connie Cottage. The location was great, peaceful despite being near lots of other cabins and the kids loved playing in the woods. We spent lots of time relaxing in and around the cabin but also went to Mablethorpe (beach and seal sanctuary), the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway, Louth leisure centre (good pool for little ones), Tattershall castle and to Hull to visit the Deep - all easily accessible from the cabin. "We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email "

"Great communication throughout. Immaculate property. Bedrooms lovely all with own bathroom. Plenty of xommunal areas. Dining room perfect for our buffet, the oldies loved chilling in the large comfortable living area. The pool table was agreat hig, and tbe large well equipped kitchen becane our bar area. Wonderful stay, we will be back!"

"Hull City Centre Holiday Inn was great for food, shopping and the Connexin Live. It was very clean and we had a comfortable sleep. Breakfast was good but would benefit from two hot drinks dispenser as there was always queues. Overall I would recommend staying here. "
