"Our group of 11 stayed at the Sun N Sno Lodge for the 2025 American Birkebeiner Ski Marathon. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations. There was plenty of space for our large group. We especially enjoyed preparing group meals in the large kitchen area and hanging out in the spacious living area. The house was very clean. The location provided convenient access to the southern portion of the Birkie Trail and to the town of Hayward. The host were very good to work with. In short,...

"Property was very spacious. The addition of the pontoon was a nice add on. Very quite property even with being on a resort. We had a good time. The property as a whole could use a deep clean inside and out. "

"We had a lovely weekend watching deer in the woods and the sun shining over the frozen lake! So quiet with all the comforts of home - the kitchen was well stocked and the fireplace was gorgeous. Highly recommend!"

"Great space for guiding a yoga class on the main floor. Had a blanket of snow fall so we had a great time with our snowshoes and cross country skis. Prepared some delicious meals using the kitchen. My friends enjoyed the space."

"Location was perfect for the race and the price was right. Listing said room for 6, which was technically accurate but it was difficult to see that the beds were not very private. Only one bed has privacy. Other than that I found the place a fantastic deal and the host was wonderful at communicating. Had a nice patio and fire pit to relax"
