"Amazing grand hotel next to the bay, our room had fantastic views of Yokohama and the bay. Very close to the local subway line and chinatown is just up the street. Our room also had exclusive access to the club lounge which allowed us to get coffee and other drinks plus snacks while enjoying the views from the 16th floor. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable although the air conditioning is controlled centrally so you can only open a window to cool the room. Staff were all excellent and very attentive. Breakfast was good, you have the option of a western style restaurant or a traditional Japanese. Highly recommend!"

"Very near 5mins walk to Yokohama station metro exit and from there u can travel to many places via JR or local train. Also very walkable to many major shopping malls. Breakfast spread was decent and coffee was amongst the best as compared to other hotels we stayed in during this trip "

"This place is excellent! It is my second time staying and I will come back again. Very convenient location. Has onsite coin laundry and some rooms with laundry machines which just makes life easier on vacation. Staff is always helpful. I purchased breakfast this time around and the food was delicious. Location is so good. I caught a Narita bus (to and from) to a close hotel which made it easier to get to hotel than using train. Look forward to returning soon!"
