"The view is amazing! Very clean and bright. Beds were comfortable. One small accent chair would provide comfortable seating for a fourth person in the living area. Otherwise someone sits on a kitchen chair. The kitchen is set up nicely. A pocket door, swinging doors, etc. would give privacy to the one bathroom. We had a great stay. Mahalo "

"Nice location with a beautiful view, just outside downtown Hilo. Parking was easy. Check-in was easy. Accessible, responsive host. The unit itself was clean and spacious, with a well-supplied kitchen. Air conditioning worked great. The condo building has offices on the lower floors, so doesn’t exactly have a vacation rental feel but would still recommend it as an excellent base for exploring the east side of the island. "

"We had stayed in this building before and loved its convenience to Carlsmith beach park. This unit is small, but charming and perfect for our short stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We even cooked a couple of meals while we were here.If you want to see the turtles and have some sheltered snorkeling at Carlsmith Beach, this is the place."

"Access to the property was convenient and effortless. We were only a few blocks from most everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as were the bathrooms. Thank you for making sure we had coffee and creamer for our first morning - it was a life saver after getting in late after a long day of travel. The best part was how comfy the beds were. I slept like a baby! Can’t wait to stay at this property again in the future. Mahalo nui!"

"I stayed 6 nights in the penthouse. Such incredible views, the lanai & pool were my fave places to enjoy on property. Swimming with turtles at Carlsmith & Richardson were highlights. The condo was well equipped with extras, such as shampoo, sunscreen, condiments & spices. I never lacked for anything.
