"Property was clean and conveniently located. Some things needed repair - handle on freezer fell off, kitchen faucet was not tightened to counter and the whole thing rotated whenever it was used. Thermostat was fixed at 72* and could not be lowered at all; television controls were complicated and spectrum cable was super slow. "family of 4 2 adults and 2 teenagers 14 and 17, traveled from NYC to Kona 4/19-4/29. We chose the property due to its size so we can be comfortable, boys are 6ft + and couldn’t do pullout couches anymore. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was such a huge convenience!! We also chose this property because of the proximity to the beach !! Across the street, for us who are beach bums it was perfect. And what an amazing beach!!
