"The location of the property is very convenient for a visit to West Point. A lack of communication led to inconvenient moments at both our arrival (no door code was provided so we had to call the property manager when we arrived) and departure (water was shut off without notice an hour before check out time and I had to ask for a truck to be moved to be able to get my car out of the driveway.) Overall, the property met our needs for a short visit."

"Beautiful apartment with everything needed. The owners are very responsive and kind and quickly assisted when an appliance quit working. The only downside was the upstairs neighbors were loud and the parking is a little difficult since it was assigned away from the home. "

No answer in business office after hours? We had to contact VRBO for entrance info? The owner sent us required questions while on air travel? "I really wanted to give the host grace, and I didn't want to write a review cause I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say, but I don't want anyone else to be done the way I was, this property was disgusting and unsafe.
