"Excellent location close to the train station. Walking distance from many restaurants, parks and downtown. The front desk staff was wonderful and provided many tips and recommendations for local food and sightseeing. "

"We arrived early in the day and our room was ready when we arrived. The room was simple and clean. Three of us stayed in the room, and there was only one bed. There was ample space within the room to set up my son's travel air mattress on the floor next to the bed. They left us an extra set of sheets and blankets to use on the air mattress. The included breakfast buffet was a big hit with all but the vegan member of our family (there wasn't anything for the vegan to eat). The location, just steps from the central train station, was great for our stay in Vienna. Note that it took awhile to walk to the closest subway station -- since it required walking through the full central train station to get to it."

"Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and beautifully designed. We had a great night's sleep on a comfortable bed in a quiet room. The location put us near parks and landmarks. The staff was warm, professional and went out of their way to make our stay a great experience. We will definitely stay there again."

"Two adults and one teen boy, spent 3 nights at Leonardo . We chose this location as we were coming from Budapest and going to Prague. We selected the triple room, but the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable for my son. We asked for an extra blanket for cushion, but it never came.. king bed was large and comfortable. Location is great , we mostly walked everywhere!! Hotel is very clean , staff is nice and friendly. Room small but good enough for our needs as we were out all day. The only thing I found inconvenient is that there are NO hooks or shelves to hang anything, even to dry towels after shower. And .. NO door to the shower area which is all glass. So we had to do .. no peeking rule and not using the sink area while someone in the shower .. clean sheets , comfy pillows. Breakfast was a huge plus! Plenty of options, good fresh food and good coffee! Fruits , vegetables, eggs , cold cuts all were very tasty and the staff replenished very quickly. Busy hotel but served well our purposes, we enjoyed our visit!! "
