The beds mattress pads are cheap water proof so every time you move it sounds like you’re sleeping on a garbage sack. The carpet going up the stairs and the loft area needs to be shampooed. "Simple 1bdrm location with spacious living room, great for 2-3 people to come back from a day of exploring. 1 queen and one fold-out twin bed for sleeping arrangements and a stove top worked perfectly for what we wanted as a starting point for our trip!
