This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, camping, fishing, within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets, but there is a small nightly fee. Please let us know if you bring a pet.

My friends and I stayed here on our way to vegas! Shane was so response and the place was so great! We went to the mystic hot springs which is just about a 15 min drive away! Would highly recommend this place!

Touch free checkin and were able to locate extra pillows, coffee, dishes and other supplies. Good spot for dogs and plenty of spaces to walk them.

Sweet Spot
Super clean place with all of the essentials (table/cookware, bedding, wi-fi, plentiful hot water) AND at a sweet price! We were passing through on the way to Zion with our littles and had no trouble getting comfortable for the evening and preparing for the day ahead the next morning. Even enjoyed some unexpected natural gems in the area like the Monrovian Creek Canyon Trail. We would quickly book this again when in the area!

Perfect stopping place
Pet friendly stand alone house for travelers. Friendly owner, responsive to questions, easy to book. This is our go to place on our way through the west. New built, there is a grassy area behind the houses to take dog out. Comfortable beds.

I cant recommend this property enough. We were staying for a softball tournament, and I really liked this option instead of a hotel. I was traveling with my young daughter and I felt very safe here. When we travel to this area again. We will absolutely be returning. 5/5 would recommend!

Nice play for a stop over
I needed a place to stay on my way from California to Colorado. This place was immaculately clean, very quiet (I think I was the only one staying there). All the basic necessities are there. Wi-Fi was fast. My only complaint is the mattress on the bed was extremely firm for my taste so I slept on the couch.

Great little hideaway
Shane was extremely communicative and helpful with directions, rules, etc. We brought our dog and he loved the yard and smells! The only suggestion I could give would be to spray the yard, we were there during gnat season.

Overall experience was amazing. Shout out to the two amazing hosts running the Gift shop. EVERYTHING about our stay was amazing. My wife and I we’re celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary so we needed a budget friendly place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Central Utah where we live. We did a lot of site seeing so we only used the room to lay our heads so it was perfect. Will definitely return and also will be recommending this place to family, friends, and co-workers.

We thought it was a two bedroom unit (per VRBO)because we had 3 people. But when we got there we found out it had only one bedroom and a couch, My daughter had to find a hotel Because she has a bad back. It was a clean and nice place, but should indicate how many bedrooms.
