Everyone was helpful with places to go as well as recommendations for the next stop of our trip. Your also next to the Grand Hotel opposite Victoria park so location is great but the thing letting the hotel down was the building needs a refurb. Bathroom door didn't shut as the wood had bowed, paint on the walls and ceiling were patchy, needs a little TLC but overall a great looking place and we were well looked after."
