"The hotel is in a fantastic location, and we had a great room with a balcony and a fabulous view. The downside was the weather! We had so much rain, and everywhere was damp and muddy. A la carte restaurant meals were fairly good, but the dinner buffets (which we were forced to have on occasions) were not very inspiring. We also discovered to our cost that the hotel does not have any meaningful first aid supplies."

The staff were so wonderful and patient, I dont speak spanish & we had fun using Google translate!. Constantly cleaning the balcony sidewalks which were polished marble tiles.
