"The hotel is a great location right by the main train station, by Belvedere Palace and close to tram and metro lines to get around. The room was really spacious, clean, nicely furnished, the balcony was a nice addition and the bed was ridiculously comfortable! The shower room had a really nice powerful shower. We were able to check in early to the room which was much appreciated after the sleeper train as it meant we were able to get a full day exploring in feeling refreshed! "

"The hotel room was excellent (we had standard rooms) , staff very helpful and friendly and the hotel bars and restaurants were good. 8th floor had wonderful views across Vienna. It was also very convenient- could walk easily to the city centre and the major sites. "

"I had a really lovely stay, it was really convenient with easy Ubahn access and transport for the airport. The room was really comfortable and well laid out. The bed was ready comfortable, and the shower was perfect. The staff were all super friendly and helpful! I could leave my suitcase in the luggage room aftervi checked out in the morning and had an evening flight. I think I will come back next time im in Vienna!"

"Great place to stay while stopping in Vienna if you want to stay closer to the train station- super convenient location and only a few minute walk from the terminals. There are always several Lime scooters around because of the station so it’s super easy to grab one and gooo! "I almost cancelled this hotel booking based on the picture of the front showing what appears to be a rough area with graffiti covered walls, but don't be put off by that. Graffiti along railway lines seems to be regarded as art in vienna, and is no indication of it being a rough area. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. Good facilities in the rooms. "Very comfortable large room. The breakfast is outstanding. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful.The hotel is a little further away from the centre of Vienna but an Underground is 5min walk away,and is 4/5 stops away from the Opera house. The garage is right next door to the hotel with access into the hotel but is not run by the hotel. €40 per 24hrs. Take special care parking on weekdays in Austria usually weekends are free. Hot drinks were very expensive everywhere."

"Just 2mins walk from the central train station. Great value for money with breakfest buffet included. If breakfast time could be lengthen to 1030 or 1100 for weekdays as well, that will be much better. The choices of breakfast buffet were more than expected.
