"We had a fabulous stay. The best thing was the friendly staff and a delicious breakfast which was included with our stay. We also had dinner which was reasonable and very nice and I liked that we could order through a IPad if you wanted. The swimming pool was lovely too but it was a shame that it was shut so much due to swimming lessons in the morning and early evening; especially as this was when we wanted to go swimming. I also loved the late check out at noon as well. Overall a great stay. Thank you! "

From the moment I arrived, it was evident how much care and pride goes into maintaining the centre—everything was spotlessly clean and immaculately organised. My room was not only spacious and well-designed, but also prepared with such attention to detail that it felt like a home away from home. I had my breakfast at the hotel which was sumptuously presented. What stood out to me the most, however, was the diverse and welcoming team. As someone from a Commonwealth country, it was both heart-warming and inspiring to see staff from so many Commonwealth backgrounds. It felt like a true representation of our global community, and I felt a genuine connection with them. It made my stay all the more memorable to see people I consider my brothers and sisters excelling and representing us so positively. Overall, I would highly recommend the Edgbaston Hotel and Conference Centre to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you to the team for such a warm and memorable experience!"
