"Excellent hotel, great value for money"

"A very enjoyable and relaxing couple of days in this gorgeous spa hotel. Room was huge, bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious, spa had everything I needed, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Meeting Lady Hattie was the icing on the cake! "

"The Hotel is situated in the Centre of Worcester, with generous car parking facilities. On arrival, the check-in was easy and rapid, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was on the third floor and was spacious, clean and the en-suite was clean and with no issues. The Breakfast was quite simply the best hotel breakfast we have ever eaten! Overall the staff were so helpful and friendly, and we will certainly be staying there again in the future. 10/10."

"Very good staff, atmospheric and ambience around the old part of the hotel. Modern rooms were very clean but twin was 2 singles pushed up together...a bit cosy even though the room had space if set put differently "

"The hotel is situated about a five minuet drive from the town, which makes it much quieter than staying in the town center. The grounds are well kept and there is ample parking and EV charging facilities. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfasts were substantial and excellent quality. The room we stayed in was a good size, clean and well appointed. We didn't use the gym or pool but they looked very inviting. We enjoyed out stay and would love to come back some time."

"Met needs for one night stay. Friendly staff. Clean room. Modern room. Very comfortable bed and nice linens. Thanks to other guest feedback I knew to bring earplugs for Saturday night Karaoke, but nice to hear people enjoying themselves and having fun. "
