"This is a lovely, and convenient hotel. We received a lovely warm welcome, and reception were extremely helpful and informative in advising us with parking. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, the shower was decent (though a little tired looking). I've given it 4* as I was really disappointed by the breakfast. It was a mix of undercooked and left-standing. "

When we went to the room the room was open with dirty bedding still in the doorway, however the room itself had been cleaned and made up and the dirty bedding quickly removed. "It's what you'd expect from a Hilton - a very pleasant, clean, comfortable, spacious room with a huge bed in a nice hotel. We enjoyed using the pool and spa and the buffet breakfast was the perfect start to a busy day. Blackout blinds and good sound proofing meant that we slept well. The area's quiet and nothing to get excited about, but super convenient for the NEC, which is why we stayed there. We really appreciated the view of the lake. "Great location / area, no issues walking back at night / early morning Room had everything could need & suited me perfectly. Only minor thing I would say the soundproofing of the rooms could be a bit better but didn’t impact my stay / sleep and I would certainly look at going back to that hotel again."
