"Firstly we appreciated the location, a 10 minutes stroll from Canterbury West Station and once booked in even less time wandering into the city centre. The Reception staff were welcoming and our room No21 was at the front, a very comfortable junior suite with the addition of an L shaped sofa and lots of comfy cushions. "The staff were great! Very accommodating throughout the whole stay. There were some empty bottles and glass left in the corner of the hallway which were there throughout most of my stay, seems they had been left for the night staff to clean up.
