"Check in was easy. Staff were friendly friendly! Property was an excellent surprise .. We had a little bungulo with cold ac, warm water, refrigerator and clean. Beach and pool was easily accessible and water was clear. Close to downtown for ferry to chit and chat. It was a quiet and relaxing time. The restaurants serve good food and very convenient."

"Our first trip to Exuma was especially rewarding! Amazing owners (Michael and Roseann) responded to all pre-trip questions and checked back with us asking if we had additional concerns. Michael and Roseann are passionate to ensuring a beautiful stay for their guests. We were blessed to meet them both and spend quality time together as they were enjoying a well-deserved break at their second location. Michael and Roseann went out of their way to pick up a surprise birthday cake, so it was in our unit upon our arrival, and they included us in an adventure! They are genuinely fantastic people! The amazing property manager flawlessly picked up groceries for our arrival and stopped by to say hello later in the week. The home is spotless and well stocked with everything I needed to prepare meals and to stay comfortable and relaxed. The location – well, it couldn’t be more perfect. Just feet away from the water, stunning views each morning with our coffee, a short walk to Jolly Hall and August Bay and convenient Splash amenities. Centrally located on the island allowed for short drives to George Town and pleasant drives to both ends of the island/Little Exuma. We will be back!!"

"The home is just lovely. We had a large family of 14 people and it fit us more than comfortably. Beautiful views of the water from the living area and most every room in the main house and cottages. I can’t even begin to describe how much my family enjoyed this house and all the fun that was had in the shallow waters of the sandbar, kayaking the small river to see the sea turtles, and finishing up our day in the pool. Anything we needed, Judy, the property manager, saw that it was taken care of promptly. This is our 6th year in a row vacationing in the Exumas and definitely our favorite home!"

"Wonderful Stay "

"My wife and I vacationed at Grand Isle Resort and Residences in August of 2024. The one-bedroom villa was nicely appointed and was roomy. The full kitchen included all the the utensils and tools needed to cook meals. There were large windows in the living room and bedrooms that allowed plentiful natural light. The bedroom was large and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was large as well with a large jetted tub, double vanity and a tile and glass shower. There was ample closet space and a washer and dryer. The on-site restaurant (Palapa) had good food and the service was good as wel. The beach was really nice with white sand and turquoise/blue water. We enjoyed our 5 night stay and would return if we were to visit Exuma again. "
