"Nice place to stay"

"MY ROOM TV DIDNT WORK THE STAFF DID MOVE ME TO ANOTHER ROOM WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM ( THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED TO ME 2 YRS IN CONSECUTIVE ,LAST YEAR I STAYED THERE IOT HAPPENED TO ME AND 2 YEARS CONSECUTIVE LY , THE ICE MAKER DIDNT WORK HAD TO GO TO THE RESTURANT FOR ICE.) I HAF AN INTERIOR ENTRY ROOM THE FROONT DOOR DID NOT LOCK TO LET NO ONE IN TO THE COREDORE TO THE ROOMS , I FEEL IT WAS LIKE HAVING A EXTERIOR ENTREE ROOM , ON TOP OF THAT MY ROOM DEAD BOLT DIDNT LOCK ONLY...

"Took a chance in this hotel after our first choice was booked. We were plesently surprised. The retro look was cool and the room was large and super clean. We had dogs and I believe we were given the best room at the place. Super friendly owners and nice walking area for the dogs. This is our new go to hotel in Maggie Valley"

"We absolutely loved our stay. The room was so clean and homely. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the creek. Our favourite part was sitting and chatting to the owner each evening. She even put the fire on in the main room after our day in the mountains. We also loved her dog Grace. Do not hesitate staying here. We couldnt have wished for a better stay :)"
