"Hotel end of checking in time is 6pm. We were late on our way there because unexpected snow on mountains mid September. We called owner, she left our room key and instruction at reception, and we checked in without any issues. The breakfast has good choice. The stuff was very friendly and helpful."

"Our guesthouse apartment (#5, top floor) was very nicely built. clean, and spacious. It is right in the center of the small town of Alpbach. Overall - a lovely place to stay but you need to know about the parking, laundry, etc. The booking info on Orbitz said there was free breakfast and underground parking. Neither was true. I got a E20 ticket for parking outside on the street in a parking zone. We were promised a free local access card. Our landlady offered that to us on the afternoon of the...

"Reines Gästehaus. Restaurant geschlossen. Zimmer sind wohl frisch Renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Fernseh-Empfang war schlecht ( Antennenkabel ). Es fehlte ein Mühleimer in der Küche. Leider direkt an der Straße und für mich dadurch etwas zu Laut. War der einzige Gast im Haus, etwas gruselig. "

"Ich kann nur das Appartment 3 bewerten. Die Unterkunft ist klein und praktisch eingerichtet. Bad ist neu renoviert. Das Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr klein und das Bett auch nur ca. 1,40m breit. Die "Terrasse" ist leider nur der Durchgangsweg zur nächsten Wohnung. Man hat also keine Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist gut. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist direkt nebendran. Zum See läuft man ca. 10 min."

At First it being away from the town center I was apprehensive but found this to be so much easier with time management and less stressful than actually staying in the town of Kitzbuhel. "We return with mixed feelings from our holiday at Familienparadis MONI. There was no reception when we arrived. The boy who was there didn't really want to call any local ski schools for us or to give us any advice on the local area. We had to explore everything on our own. No passports were checked and no documents filled in. The first night, the people in the room next to us managed to start the fire alarm and all the guests at the hotels went out in their pyjamas wondering what is going on...
