"We stayed here for a minimoon after our wedding and it was perfect. We made good use of the hot tub, grill, and loved the sunset view every night. We loved the convenience of the location. Very comfortable beds as well. Mike was super responsive when we had questions"

"Couch was really dirty . Dog hair all over the futon. Mold and mildew smell all over the house . Upon leaving the house we cleaned the whole house . The person who came to clean the house was rude , gave an attitude about check out process . "

"We stayed at this brand new house with friends and family during the Columbus Day long weekend, and the house is perfect, both in its condition and location. Although it is not a huge house, but all the rooms are well pointed, and the layout is very well thought out. "We had a great time. The home was clean & space for 8woman was good. It’s was in a great spot close to NorthConway if you want to venture out. The price for the spot was good. The hill walking down to pond was steep. For young kids could be tricky. Wish the outside furniture was a little cleaner to sit on. "This is a great little hidden gem in the back woods of NH. This is not within walking distance to any of the pools or arcades in the pictures. It is on a dirt road in the back woods - very quiet! "This house actually has four bedrooms and sleeps 14 people! The location was perfect for is — really close to the summer camp where our boys are attending. We did not go down to Webber pond from the house. We really enjoyed the hot tub, which is in a nice spot on the front porch. We also use the gas grill, which was handy. "We have stayed here numerous time. The property owners are so responsive and the communication is always great. The house is clean, a perfect size for a larger family and the hot tub is an added perk. Only downside would be the air conditioning on one side of the house. We will definitely be back again as it’s become a tradition and our reservation and stays are always seamless. "

"This house was perfect size for our growing extended family and the 4 bathrooms were a plus. The grounds were not true to the pictures (there was no view, the deck was not very big and the lawn was partially dirt). The kitchen was nice and big and provided us with all we needed. The driveway was a little tight because we have to park 5 cars but we made it work. Overall was a good experience."

The property has neighbors on two sides, but there are trees obscuring direct views, so it feels very secluded. The back deck where the grill and hot tub are located has complete privacy. "I own a home in the area but it was rented, so I booked the Yurt via VRBO. My friend and I loved the location and the yurt accommodations. It was such a cool experience to stay there and I would definitely stay there again!! The owners really put thought into the details and it showed!"

Family oasis!!

"We had an excellent experience. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. We were greeted with cookies and hot cider. There was a movie night with popcorn for the kids. The pool and the room were extremely clean. Breakfast was great. It was also amazing to have a room for a family of 5 with a king bed, queen bed and single pull out. Also a full kitchen and full size fridge. This is truely a unique property that goes above and beyond. The property was at full capacity and you would have never known it because of the staff and how well they ran everything"
