"We only stayed one night but would definitely come again! The lady in reception was absolutely lovely - very welcoming - in fact - all the staff were great and we felt very relaxed and ‘at home’! The hotel was pretty and our room was really large with a huge bed and lovely views over the countryside. The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York.
