"The apartment complex is very nice. The apartment was as depicted. Matthew is a great host and very responsive and communicative. There were some issues beyond his control with the complex but he was helpful in explaining them and offering solutions. The location is just outside of downtown Savannah (about a 8-10 minute easy drive). For my purposes that was great. That said, there's not much that's walkable in the surrounding area if you're interested in that. Also, the kitchen could use...

"The place was nice and clean and easy to check in and out of. The windows seem very thing so I recommend earplugs for sleeping. "

"We've been happy here! Kroger 2 blocks away, parking off street, landscaping beautiful and a bonus 1/2 bath. Kitchen has all basic tools to make a good meal, private deck in rear makes relaxing easy! Bed is very comfortable but recommend you bring a firestick as the channels are limited. Only critique is that there should be an extra set of linens for extended stays like mine; there is laundry but one on one off would be better 😉."

"First time in Savannah. This place is right around the corner from Forsyth Park. A most excellent location. Eat at the restaurant in the park, it’s great. Head down Bull St. through all the parks to the Riverfront. Easy walking and great views!"

It was easy to get on the free downtown bus to get to places that seemed out of walking distance, but most places were easy to walk to as well. We never could get the washer/dryer to work right, but everything else was exactly as mentioned in the listing. "
