"It was our second stay. Lovely house. Gorgeous weather. 8 friends for my 74th birthday.The beds could be better. That is the only negative."

"The location is beautiful and we really lucked out with the weather. The kitchen nicely stocked with all you would need including korig coffee maker. Would have liked to take an oil can to most of the doors and cabinets, very squeeky. The beds a little creaky also, but comfy. The pellet stove provided a nice ambiance. Only a few of the jets worked on the hot tub, but it was still hot and able to hear the pandora music and the waves while enjoying the hot tub. The management was easy to...

"Barren, looked like a rental property. Not many games or forms of entertainment. A ping pong table would be nice."

"Super comfortable, very clean, accommodating, private, relaxing, quiet and a short drive to the beach. Had everything you would need to cook small and large meals. Well stocked too. The game room and hot tub were so nice to enjoy!! Such a great place to stay!! Would stay here again !"

The property is ideal for multiple parties with a variety of rooms, and just amazing updates that were done. Also, views of the ocean. I will certainly stay here again if we go to Brookings again. "
