The room was clean. The rooms have a lot. The only problem is it felt like it was all crammed into a regular sized area. A sitting area, dining area, litchen, bedroom, and bath. It felt cramped. But clean and quiet.

Great property and terrific staff! Just a tad noisy in the morning (working on restoration project) but at least they waited until 9am!! Manager was awesome setting up cable for us and providing restaurant recommendations. Will definitely stay again when visiting Brookings!

The owner, Stacy checked me in. She was very friendly and gave me great advice where to go to watch the sunset and where to eat. She also switched me into a room with a quiet bedroom and comfortable bed. I had the best sleep while on my trip to Oregon.

Very spacious for 3 adults. It was like an apartment. Private bedrooms, cooking, refrigerator, 2 tvs, had plates, utensils, pots and pans. Excellent staff. I would highly recommend staying here.
