"A really good experience. The hotel is due to be refurbished and so is a little old fashioned, but very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly at Reception. The views from the restaurant and terrace are amazing. Would certainly go back. "

"The apartment itself was well equiped, clean and comfortable though needed updating. It was quite noisy with the sound of both the M5 motorway and railway line closeby with frequent trains passing every few minutes. I would stay again but would much prefer to be allocated an apartment on the other side of the building which would be a lot quieter. I wasn't that impressed with the leisure facilities as I was lead to believe they had recently been refurbished but the sauna area looked very tired...

"The hotel is a stunning building. Even the public areas feel luxurious and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Our dog had been provided with everything he needed and could be included in everything except the spa. The food was excellent and so was the service. The one negative was how busy the pool area was in the spa. There were far fewer loungers than guests making the experience not as enjoyable as it could have been. "Nice hotel, but the room was very hot with little air circulation. Nice beds and very quiet. Slopping ceiing made getting in and out of bed a little tricky. Hot Breakfast was good. Cold buffet disappointing. The staff had to be reminded to replenish. Also table wasnt laid out properly, just had to keep asking for missing items. This was irritating for a 4 star hotel."

"Easy to find, plenty of parking, friendly staff, walking distance to seafront, very nice room and comfy bed. Was able to stay with my dog too which was nice."
