"Location was pretty good. Public transportation option is great, the bus stop is very close including the airport bus. Subway a 10-15 minute slow stroll away. Lots of places to eat nearby. Convenience store very close as well. There were a lot of guests so the lobby got crowded at times. Money exchange machine in the lobby. The staff can call you taxi at the front desk. Staff was accommodating to my requests and needs. The ONLY downside (or upside depending on what you like) is the bathroom. Frosted glass door and walls. You can see pretty much everything through it, not clearly, but you get a good idea. They were currently changing out the hinoki baths throughout the hotel, my room hadn't been changed out so it was old and felt unusable. I think once the baths have been replaced throughout the hotel, it would be a better stay. Not saying the stay was bad to begin with, it was nice. "

"I really like the location of this property which is closed to all the attraction places. The Sub-way is just around the corner and heaps of dinning and shopping area right in the foot step of this property. A super & eye opening convenient store just located in the same building of this property. Worth a visit of all robotic control convenient store in South Korea. Friendly and english language speaking staffs are super too. Property itself have a self checked in & out luggage storage which is very convenient and useful for hotel guests. "

"It is located in the heart of city. Very good for public transit including the Express train from Incheon Airport and also shopping at Namdaemoon market and Lotte Outlet Mall. However the room was a little bit smaller than I expected and the city view was pretty nothing special."

"I like this hotel a lot. I have stayed a number of times The service is excellent, as is the location. I was given an upgrade, which was nice. However, the bathroom had mold in places. The bathtub in the bathroom was also very shallow (some rooms appear to have newer, deeper bathtubs). It was hard to get a decent amount of water in the bath this time. The gym is also closed on Sundays on odd weeks. That was a bit annoying as the gym is very good. I would stay here again though."
