Had to manage until next day in the morning to get help. The receptionist was not too concerned about the situation. "

"Nice inn. Friendly staff. Great morning coffee and continental breakfast in lobby. Cool room with amazingly large tv. Lots if apps for entertainment. Bathroom is a little weird with step up into it but clean and functional. No temp control. Too warm at first but with closed vents and window open I was able to find a good temperature for the night. Very cold night was not a problem at all. Excellent and charming place reasonably priced. Will definitely go back. "

"The "garden level" apartment was furnished beautifully. Off-street parking and easy access. Plenty of room for 3, and an amazing sofa-bed! Our only complaint was with the shower: like having a gentle stream of water from the rose of a watering can trickling down your head...and half of the holes are plugged. Other than that, it was divine. We'll stay there again!"

"The guesthouse is in a terrific location. My mother and I went there for a long weekend. There was a covering of snow and it was cold but we were able to go to Peggotty Beach and the lighthouse. I took walks in the neighborhood every day. The sunrises were amazing and we were very comfortable. Bruce was very attentive if we needed anything. "

"This was a beatifully decorated property, with every attention to detail. The rooftop hot tub was fantastic and clean and a real treat. Check in was easy with security codes and step by step direction. We walked to the Common and surrounding areas one day, and walked to TD Garden one night. Fantastic options of close by dining (try Gigi's!) and other walkable choices. Staff was communicating every step of the way and very helpful. Would highly recommend!"

"There was not any parking onsite-I had to ask a random person where to park because no one answered the phone when I called multiple times. there wasn’t anyone at the front door. I wasn’t able to get in the building. I had to wait outside in the cold until someone who was leaving the building let me in. The suite was really nice and comfortable. Make sure you bring laundry detergent, extra paper towels, and dishwasher detergent and extra garbage bags. The location is perfect. Very easy to get...
