"Location on white sand beach was superb. Best time I’ve ever had in the Keweenaw. Campfires on beach every night. Plenty of wood and tinder. Lighting in house isn’t good for reading. Lights over sink and table were hard to turn on. Appliances could have been cleaned better. Overall house condition average at best"

"Beautiful location; short walk to the beach and pretty centralized in the Keweenaw Peninsula, so it's convenient for seeing the whole area. Not much to do in Eagle River, but we liked how calm town was so you could go see the rest of the area and come back and relax. The house is the perfect size for a small family or group and the decorating makes it feel comfy and inviting. "

"The cottage had everything we needed. Location was blase'. Parking was excellent. The cottage was not sparkling clean but was ok. It could use some paint and a thorough cleaning. We had a great time and the central location made it easy to get to all the things we wanted to see."
