"Great location with a fantastic dock! Wonderful for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and eating together in a peaceful cove. And I appreciated the plethora of floaties available to use. Very quiet neighborhood. House was very spacious and lots of great seating for everybody. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. Owners were great to work with and made sure we were well taken care of. We would love to go back!"

"Everything was done very well and appointed and well-stocked. I noticed little bonus things like Ziploc bags in the kitchen. Prepped and set up really great. The little things that maybe need to change are: the refrigerator downstairs does not close. I could see the light on all the time. The door hits the wood to the left. Also, these dang feral cats meowed the entire time and we worried they might jump in the door of the house. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We made the trip to Cozy in the Cove over Labor Day weekend with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house interior is surprisingly spacious with that many people and was very clean. The outdoor area was nice by the fire pit, we enjoyed the free firewood and s’mores supplies. We were able to cook out on the grill and the kids enjoyed the frisbee golf setup. The dock was great and we were able to rent a pontoon boat with the help of Angela. The stairs down are a bit dicey and can use some repair, but...

"The property is beautiful. They do need to treat for bugs but it’s the woods so wasn’t too worried about them. The decor is like staying with grandma out of town. Super cozy and cute. We will make a trip back soon. Thank you for the hospitality. "

"This was a great property. It had everything my son and I needed for a three night stay. We were celebrating his birthday. We were able to wash clothes and our host Fabio made some great suggestions of things to do. I went on the back porch to watch the sunrise and pray. I went on the front porch to sew.It was spacious and quiet. We would definitely stay again."

"We were lucky enough to get Labor Day weekend at this amazing home. The home was well represented in the listing and pictures. The host jason over communicated, was very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to questions. We brought our boat and Jason allowed us to use the boat lift which was a great perk to keep our boat covered and out of the weather. The way the dock sits in relation to the main channel of the lake also allowed the boat to be shielded from any boat wakes when not on the...
