"Great location with 2-5 min walk from the central station. The inside was decorated beautifully. Staffs were polite and professional. The room I stayed was very comfortable, clean, and decorated beautifully. The breakfast was great as well."

"Great place to stay in Hamburg. The room is large even by USA standards and has a full functioning kitchen. The property is modern and I had no issues using the elevators. While the pool was undergoing renovation, I was able to use the gym and sauna. I strongly recommend pre-purchasing the breakfast during reservation as it has a buffet with lot of food options and unlimited cappuccinos/juice. It will be more expensive to purchase it at the property."

"I went to conference and the hotel was close by. It’s located near everything central in Hamburg. The valet service is comprehensive and front of house staff are very attentive in regards to taking care of taxis and welcoming you to the hotel. Check in staff are all friendly and fun. The rooms are very European and basic styling but they are generously proportioned and well cleaned. In fact, the cleanliness was very high. This is a good hotel, it won’t disappoint. "
