"They care about their property and were working on maintenance. Parking is ample but everyone must be extra careful driving in and especially getting out. The location was central to great beaches, Southampton, great restaurants and shopping. "

"Perfect for a short stay. Very warm, clean and comfortable. Very close to shops and beach. Check in and check out was super easy. Only critique would be that the walls were thin and you could very easily hear the conversation of the guests in the room next door. "

"Beautiful place to stay! Right next to the beach, it was quiet and had so many nice things to do all around the property. The bed was comfy and the rooms were very nice. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The house is very spacious and the 4 bedrooms are big with Queen size beds. It has a very cute little porch with a bbq and a huge pool area. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. The owner was very attentive and timely in his answer to all my questions. It only takes about 15min to get to Southampton Main St. where there are a lot of nice restaurants and little shops. Would definitely recommend staying here!"
