"The house was the perfect size for our family, updated and modeled beautifully. Kids enjoyed the thoughtfulness of a few toys to play with and we had fun playing pool too! The house, unfortunately, has an old soaked-in cigar smell that put a little damper on the feel of the home. Otherwise, all the amenities were well provided and host was easy to contact during our stay! We enjoyed being in Cottage Grove and surrounding cities of Minnesota and hope to return to the area again sometime!"

"Clean, quaint, perfect for a family, well stcked kitchen... they have a decent selection of spices for you. If there were condinents too would be the only improvement i can think of. This property was lovely. The other side of the duplex has a bit of a noise traveling. If your neighbors ard respectful it is not a problem. The tenants my first night were very rudely loud banging dishes and talking very loudly after hours. Call the rental owner and he will deal with itqith itwith it. Respect...

"Our family was of four adults and 3 youngsters. We all were impressed with how thoughtful the owner was. It was as if every little thing mattered. Closets stocked with towels and added accessories. Medicine cabinet has first aid kit. Kitchen stocked with much needed things. Very cozy and clean. I am glad that i chose the house over the hotel stay. "

"We stayed here about a week. We had 2 kids under 10 and 2 adults. There was ample space for all of us. We had all the necessities. The neighborhood seemed very safe and we liked parking in the garage (felt even safer) since no driveway up to the home (street parking only). We found it was a great location for all we wanted to do! Close to pretty much everything. The home itself was close to stores and restaurants. One thing to note we are ranch dwellers and though I am clumsy by nature,...
