"Fabulous hotel! Check in was very efficient. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the bathroom is great. Facilities in the room include a fridge, hairdryer and safe. The only problem was that on the day we were leaving both lifts weren't working. This was an issue as I am disabled and the only way down 2 floors was the stairs. Our luggage was safely stored for us, and even brought across to where I was sitting after coming down the stairs. Highly recommended, and we will visit again."

"Lovely hotel and wedding reception service. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable clean room with everything we needed. If I was to be picky I'd say the hotel was far too warm, even for March. But apart from that me and my son really enjoyed ourselves. "

"We had a lovely family stay, the pool was great and opened early so kept the kids entertained before breakfast with early wake ups! Lovely little play area outside and play area inside to keep kids entertained for a little while, nice size rooms and all very clean. Close to Lancaster town centre beautiful area "
