"Great location and lots of options for pools. This is a solid B+ hotel. The rooms are large and the views are fantastic! They have the airport transfer well organized and work with you to keep your luggage after checkout, but they require 10 am checkout, which is earlier than most hotels. The staff was friendly but were very slow to respond to requests or just said they wouldn't be able to help. It seemed like they were constantly under staffed. "I can’t believe how beautiful this place is ! Best resort in Hamilton island. Everything is accessible. Free shuttles to take you anywhere you want all you need is to call and they pick you put and drop you off anywhere. The staff are amazing, honestly so lovely and their service couldn’t fault. I would recommend this place if you want an outstanding experience. Loved every moment at the beach club ! Thank you guys so much for making this an experience. "

"We stayed in the bungalows which I think is a better option than the large high-rise hotel. The amenities are wonderful- pools are lovely and you are a 2 minute walk to Cat's Eye Beach. We hiked Passage Peak- the trail entrance a 10 minute walk from the bungalows. We utilized the little kitchen in the bungalow and shopped at the local IGA which is a 10 minute walk away. "Apartment is spacious and has a fully equiped kitchen, but the master ensuite shower had mould on the floor tiles (which I could remove with my fingers, so simply not cleaned properly), there were no hand towels or face washers available due to a shortage, the 2nd room was not made up as a king as requested for my friend and the washing machine is temperamental and leaks. "
